This is a full-time on-site role as a Caregiver at Home Instead in Beaverton, OR. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home care services to aging adults. Your day-to-day tasks may include providing companionship, assisting with personal care, and offering specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's or hospice needs. Qualifications

• Experience in providing care services for aging adults
• Ability to provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
• Knowledge of personal care tasks, such as bathing and grooming
• Understanding of specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's or hospice needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy towards aging adults
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to individual client needs
• Reliability and punctuality
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting and transferring clients
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
