Beaverton/Aloha!! Day Shift Lead DSP; Wednesday - Saturday; 7am - 5pm = 40 hrs per week and full-time benefits!!

What you will do as a Lead DSP:

The goal is to help the people you support feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Among other things, you will:

• Join and help people you support while they shop for groceries, clothes, or run errands.
• Attend events in the community and special celebrations like birthday parties.
• Give medications and other treatments, and complete required documentation.
• Help people you support to prepare meals, clean, eat, take care of personal hygiene, and get around at home and outside.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of Direct Support Professional experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license preferred
• Acceptable background check
