DJs Boudain LLC is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Beaumont, TX
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Greeting customers (you are the face of the company 1st impressions are crucial!)
•Answering phone calls
•Taking orders accurately & entering them into the system
•Operating the cash register (this includes writing & receiving invoices)
•Maintaining customer records & updating account information
•Assisting customers in locating and purchasing product
•Maintaining warmers (keeping warmers stocked w/ boudain hot & ready)
•Keep stock (Bags, mustard, napkins, crackers, foil, etc.)
•Tracking Inventory (Checking Inventory at opening, closing & throughout the day)
•Cleaning the store (Kitchen area, cooler, front desk entrance)
•Packaging Online shipping orders on designated shipping days
•Performing other duties as assigned by the office manager to maximize the store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.
OPENING DUTIES
•Stock items if not done the day prior (Mustard, Napkins, Bags, Etc.)
•Fill warmers
- Make sure work areas are clean & ready for the day
- Open all excel sheets needed
- Check cooler inventory
•Take out trash if any(boxes etc.)
•Check for any online orders
MID-DAY DUTIE
•Scan & File invoices
•Wipe down surfaces(including Oven)
•Call customers who have not picked up yet
•Refill warmers with Hot boudain
(boudain must be hot at all times)
•Throw away any trash (boxes)
•Write invoices for Credit Cards Receipts
•Check Inventory
•Check for online orders
CLOSING DUTIES
•Write Distributor Invoices for the following day, Wash Dishes Wipe all surfaces(Countertops in Kitchen and Entrance) •Clear out CC Machine & Cash Register. Restock for the following day (mustard, bags, crackers, napkins, etc.) •Clean cooler (throwaway any out of date product & wipe Counters)
HOURS
7:30 AM -4:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
