Nutrition & Services for Seniors
JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst DEPARTMENT: Finance and Development
REPORTS TO: VP of Finance and Development REVIEWED: 05-19-2024
SUMMARY
Financial Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable functions and general Human Resource tasks. Coordinates financial accounting and reporting for Nutrition & Service for Seniors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform all functions regarding accounts payable and receivable
· Responsible for all billing and reporting to grantors/funders
· Handles employee payroll
· Manage employee files ensuring all paperwork is in order and up to date
· Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews policies and procedures
· Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; occupational health and safety
· Assists with fundraisers, as needed
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· HS diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
· Must have experience and knowledge with QuickBooks
· 3-5 years of relevant work experience
· Must have experience in finance
· Excellent organization skills
· Knowledge of Office 365, Quick Books
· Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
· Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and workloads
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
