As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or guest room
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in resort or hotel management is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hospitality software is an asset
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is an advantage
