Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the coffee shop, including staff supervision, inventory control, and food production - Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching employees on service standards - Handle cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and daily cash reconciliation - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area - Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of staff members - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment - Proficient in kitchen management, including food safety regulations and sanitation practices - Experience with cash handling procedures and Aloha POS system is preferred - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or operational issues This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
