Job Summary :

The Part-Time Driver position at Abeloff Auto Group will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles to and from various locations.

This is a part-time, hourly position in the Auto industry, and the driver will work under the direction of the dealership management team.

The individual will be a key member of the team and will contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Compensation & Benefits :

This position offers competitive hourly pay in the range of $15 to $18 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :

• Safely operate various types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans to transport them to and from different locations
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues before and after each trip
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with the Service Manager to ensure efficient scheduling and timely delivery of vehicles
• Keep accurate records of mileage and vehicle maintenance
• Assist with other duties as needed, including running errands or helping with other tasks in the Service Department

Requirements :

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Previous experience in driving and / or transportation is preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic car care is a plus
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
