Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commission processes for area and product sales managers in a high-energy manufacturing and distribution environment.
- Collaborate with HR, accounting leaders, and sales leadership to develop and refine commission strategies.
- Transition commission calculations from Excel to more advanced systems, working closely with senior sales and accounting leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team member responsible for calculating commissions and creating KPIs for sales management.
- Initiate innovative incentive plans to effectively motivate the sales team.
- Provide commission forecasts to support executive decision-making.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in commission calculation, ideally in manufacturing or similar sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking.
- Capability to manage direct reports effectively.
- Initial HR phone screen followed by onsite interviews with our senior HR, financial, and sales leaders.
