The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to : Minor Plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry repairs, painting, unit turnover, and completing work orders.
Responsible for general maintenance and / or minor repairs to all buildings and grounds and to do other related tasks as required.
Use of equipment, tools and other equipment is required.
Successful candidates must have the ability to self-motivate, work independently, multitask, work with diverse populations with courtesy, confidentiality, and responsiveness.
Any combination of training and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
Graduate from High School or possession of equivalency diploma and at least one year experience in either building construction or maintenance work in one or more of the standard trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
Must possess a valid WI driver’s license.
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a Full-Time day position, with occasional over-time, and after hour calls.

Company vehicle also provided for travel between properties. Candidate must live in Sauk County or willing to relocate.
