Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated customer service/sales representative to join our dynamic and professional team. The individual who will be considered for the position will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone. We will train you! After 90 days benefits applied.

Responsibilities

• Ability to use multiple phone lines with a high volume of calls, to keep the conversations separated, and deal with the clients in a friendly efficient manner
• Assist customers over the phone with all the inquiries regarding trucking permits and registration
• Communicate and update customers regarding orders, pricing, status of the processing, etc.
• Manage administrative paperwork, filing
• Proactively pursue new prospect and existing customers to increase sales

Requirements

• Spanish Speaker is a must

• Effective negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and yet be detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written commination skills
• Responsible, reliable, honest and professional
• Excellent organizational, filing and follow up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team under minimal supervision

Hourly pay $22.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
