Responsibilities :

• Drive revenue growth through technical and operator training, improving customer acceptance and understanding of Epiroc Rock Drilling Tools products by demonstrating performance, increasing productivity, and promoting proper aftermarket stocking and maintenance.
• Utilize Epiroc documentation to maintain a consistent message aligned with Epiroc's global training standards and participate in creating new documentation where necessary.
• Provide comprehensive technical support to distributors and customers, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, on-site assistance, and warranty claim assessments, as well as recommending operation and maintenance practices.

Assist with technical failure write-ups and gather customer feedback for effective issue resolution.

• Track product performance during demonstrations and tests, ensuring thorough summaries and comparisons for customers, while also monitoring and providing feedback on the validation of new Rock Drilling Tools products and any R&D-driven product improvement campaigns to the engineering team.
• Monitor product performance, conduct engineering feedback, and assure service points are trained and equipped to meet quality standards.
• Ensure points of service receive proper training in product maintenance, rebuild, and repair, adhering to company guidelines for quality processes, and collaborate with points of distribution to maintain adequate stock of rebuild parts, consumables, and necessary special tooling to support the local fleet effectively.

Promote best practices and efficiencies across Business Lines, incorporating common routines where applicable.

Requirements :

• Previous technical / training experience with drilling is preferred.
• Hold a Certificate of Completion from a Technical or Trade School, with five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Maintain requiredUS Department of Labor, Mine, Safety & Health Administration Training Certificates, or agree to complete the training program(s) needed toacquire the Training Certificates.
• Strong technical writing skills needed to document events for accurate reenactment by stakeholders, aiding in support and product enhancement, thereby preventing recurrence and improving future usability.
• Experience with Drills and hydraulic systems is highly preferred.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic demonstrated in prior work experience.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to sit / stand for extended periods, use hands and arms, and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the US, including weekends.

Pay Range :
