IDR, Inc. is Hiring a Construction Coordinator Near Brentwood, TN
- Invoice entry and getting the invoices entered into SAP tool/pushed through the system so they can be approved and paid out.
- Handling heavy loads of daily data Entry
- Managing a budget of over 300,000,000 annually
- Writing contracts, filing documents, and perform basic accounting functions
- Basic accounting processes and interpretation
- Receive an average of 30-40 invoices/day = 10,000 /- per year
- 1-3 years of experience in any of the following roles:
- Experience in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Experience working with SAP, Ariba or Workfront
- Construction industry experience would be a huge plus
- Someone who understands basic principles of debits and credits
- Attention to detail and multitasking
- Flexible and ability to adapt to changes regularly.
- 15 Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets
