King David Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation is Hiring a Director of Engineering Near Beachwood, OH
We are looking for an Engineering/Environmental Services Manager to join our team! The Engineering/Environmental Services Manager is responsible in assisting with the upkeep and repairs of our Villas of King David. This includes all facets of Maintenance and Housekeeping in an Assisted Living setting.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
- 3 years minimum experience in general building maintenance.
- Sensitivity to senior adults and their needs.
- Must be able to work within and track and maintain a budget
- Must be able to prioritize work orders
- Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
