Our Boutique Personal Injury Law Firm has an opening for a position as an Office Manager/Human Resources Manager at its main office in the beautiful City of Austin, Texas.

We are looking for an energetic & inspiring leader with experience in handling varied tasks such as staff supervision, payroll, bookkeeping, payment of vendors, human resources management, office supply purchase and admin, bill payment, new client tracking management, marketing event support, and some accounting and associated tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general office and office operation.
  • Ensuring every single lead is properly tracked and followed up on
  • Greeting visitors, be it clients, vendors, or others.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new operational documents.
  • Creating management-level reports
  • Implement performance reviews
  • Coordinate individual staff meetings
  • Support law firm marketing events and activities
  • Support the owner of the law firm in any way needed to ensure law firm success

Office manager will interact with five lawyers, four to six paralegals and two legal assistants. We have a vibrant and responsible work environment and pride ourselves in the quick growth of our law firm by taking excellent care of our clients and producing outstanding legal results.

Our company is known for the ongoing addition of benefits to its employees and incentives as well as social events and rewards and that applies to all employees.

Candidate will need to be very knowledgeable of Slack, Quickbooks, Word, Excel and all of Google (e-mail, calendar, voice, and other google apps), and will need to know or be quick to learn Dropbox, Slack, and Adobe. Two excellent professional references are a requirement.

Skills

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Five years of experience in office administration
  • Working knowledge of Google, Slack, Quickbooks, Excel, Dropbox, Payroll software and Adobe
  • Office management experience.

Work Remotely

  • One day a week after 90 day pre-eligibility requirement will be considered

MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS AN OFFICE MANAGER

Expected hours: 40 per week
