Our Boutique Personal Injury Law Firm has an opening for a position as an Office Manager/Human Resources Manager at its main office in the beautiful City of Austin, Texas.
We are looking for an energetic & inspiring leader with experience in handling varied tasks such as staff supervision, payroll, bookkeeping, payment of vendors, human resources management, office supply purchase and admin, bill payment, new client tracking management, marketing event support, and some accounting and associated tasks.

Office manager will interact with five lawyers, four to six paralegals and two legal assistants. We have a vibrant and responsible work environment and pride ourselves in the quick growth of our law firm by taking excellent care of our clients and producing outstanding legal results.

Candidate will need to be very knowledgeable of Slack, Quickbooks, Word, Excel and all of Google (e-mail, calendar, voice, and other google apps), and will need to know or be quick to learn Dropbox, Slack, and Adobe. Two excellent professional references are a requirement.
