Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize produce displays
- Ensure that all produce is properly labeled and priced
- Rotate and remove any expired or damaged products
- Assist customers in selecting and bagging produce items
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Operate a forklift to move pallets of produce as needed
- Package and weigh produce items for sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department

Skills:
- Strong selling skills to promote the sale of produce items
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store or produce department
- Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Forklift operation skills for moving heavy pallets of produce
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, as this role involves heavy lifting
- Knowledge of different types of produce and their storage requirements
- Warehouse experience is a plus, as it involves working with inventory and stocking products
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.25 - $15.75 per hour
