Currently, we are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our Aurora, IL team. This unique opportunity entails working within a dynamic behavioral health facility, delivering academic support to children and adolescents in a small classroom setting during their treatment journey. Within this role, you'll be empowered to plan activities, provide individualized guidance and maintaining consistent communication regarding their advancement. Moreover, you'll be responsible for evaluating and refining teaching methods to maximize student achievement. Our class sizes typically range from 8 to 15 school-age patients at any given time.

Position requires a commitment of Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm (or 11am-3pm depending on candidate preference), following the school calendar.

Qualifications

• B.A/B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• Active Illinois State Teaching License
• Reliable Transportation
