RISE UP FOR AUTISM is Hiring a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Near Aurora, IL

RISE UP FOR AUTISM is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead a team in providing top-notch quality care and innovative treatment solutions. We have locations in Chicago, Aurora, Tinley Park, and Joliet and are growing our teams in each. Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on professional growth and collaboration.

We offer a competitive pay scale(74,000-90,000) that values your expertise and dedication to serving the autism community. Our center hours are 8-5 Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends, allowing you time to recharge over the weekend. Our BCBA's enjoy the flexibility of working from home once a week as well as smaller caseloads, with approximately 25-30 hours of billable hours and an average caseload of 6-8 clients. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS BCBA JOB?

To excel in the role of a full-time BCBA at RISE UP FOR AUTISM, candidates must possess essential skills to lead and support a team dedicated to providing quality care for children with Autism. Patience, understanding, and the ability to train and mentor team members are crucial in developing effective treatment plans and fostering a positive work environment. Successful candidates should also be able to handle short intervals of running, as some clients may exhibit elopement behaviors. Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite is necessary for documentation and data analysis tasks. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Must have patience and understanding
  • have the ability to lead and train new team members
  • Provide ongoing support.
  • Must be able to run in short intervals as many clients have elopement behaviors.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS for short periods of time
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
