JOB SUMMARY

You will be calling on our massive database of existing and new customers with the goal of collecting initial information, identifying needs and transferring to a licensed mortgage consultant.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (example: call center, collections) 
  • Track record of exceeding quotas 
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening 
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate outbound calls to existing clients and new leads
  • Efficiently transfer leads to licensed consultants
  • Identify customer needs to achieve superior customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to adjust from one calling campaign to another
  • Open-minded approach to receiving training, coaching and guidance
  • Meet team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Highly driven to be successful and money motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
  • Adaptable to work with different types of people and personality types
  • Comfortable with computers, e-mail and multi-tasking with while on the phone
  • Must be able to work between the hours 6am - 8pm MST Monday - Friday and 8am-5pm MST Saturday - Sunday.
  • Hybrid Schedule

Compensation: $17.31 hourly Bonus
