The DoubleTree by Hilton Atlantic Beach Oceanfront Hotel is currently hiring for a Banquet Captain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization, of all banquet and meeting functions at the hotel, to ensure that we exceed the expectations of the meeting planner and attendees.
• Train and supervisor the banquet servers.
• Communicate effectively with the sales and kitchen staff to ensure all details of the function are successfully delivered, in a timely manner.
• Ensure service standards are being followed and takes corrective as needed.
• Maintains banquet rooms, equipment and banquet inventory.
• Assist in other F&B areas when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have banquet experience.
• Must have experience in supervising employees.
• Professional appearance required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
