Job Description: The Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in moving Work Sharp's business forward. This position requires a hybrid work environment, combining the benefits of working from home with working at our headquarters in Ashland, Oregon.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing engineering projects with a focus on product improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring products meet original design specifications.
• Implementing new products into production.
• Approving part revisions.
• Initiating, monitoring, and evaluating tooling changes.
• Leading engineering change requests.
• Traveling internationally for implementation and troubleshooting.
