Hours: 7 am - 4pm Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed)

What’s a typical day as a Talent Advisor? You’ll be:
• Ensuring a high level of talent engagement through the execution of programs that drive redeployment and retention.
• Managing payroll and compliance, including auditing timecards and system records.
• Flexing within the Talent Care & Fulfillment Team to support the fulfillment of orders.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Staffing, Human Resources, Talent Management, Customer Service, or a related area of expertise.
• Have a strong understanding of HR/staffing practices such as ADA, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Are highly organized, efficient at multitasking, and have strong follow-through skills.
• Are self-motivated with a keen sense of prioritization, time management and a sense of urgency.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
