TEKsystems is Hiring a Customer care representative Near Arvada, CO
Description :
- Will be supporting Back Up Care team (classified as Customer Care Specialist)
- Work with a number of client companies (these are employees of the clients that they partner with)
- Will be taking inbound calls from employees at their client and / or placing outbound calls to internal networks to help find a solution while they continue to work their normal day.
- If someone works and has a regular childcare provider that isn't going to make it on a given day ( facility closed for an event, babysitter on vacation / sick, etc.
The goal is to have the employee still be able to go to work and earn their paycheck / hours for that day
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
MUST HAVE
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-year customer service, help-desk, and / or call center background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document content of phone
conversations accurately
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, in addition to, the ability to work closely
with other team members and departments
- Typing proficiencies of 35 wpm / and above average data entry skills preferred
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills (copy, paste, etc.)
- Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new software systems
- Ability to determine needs of the caller and obtain necessary information without following a
scripted process
