Logistics Analyst: Responsible for optimizing product delivery and supply chain processes. Analyze and enhance logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of our gift products. Conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of our existing supply chain processes from end to end. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Manage and optimize our product delivery routes, considering factors such as distance, delivery windows, and customer preferences. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of gift products to our customers. Oversee the invoicing process for all shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer agreements. Streamline billing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Review procedures, such as distribution or inventory management, to ensure maximum efficiency or minimum cost. Foster and sustain stakeholder relationships to guarantee dependable and on-time project deliveries.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, related degree or Equivalent Foreign Degree. Must have one (1) year of experience as a Logistics Analyst or Production Planning Assistant. Employer accepts a variety of job titles provided it includes the requisite experience. Experience must include use of ERP software to manage work orders, payment, and shipping status.
