Job Description:
The main function of a logistics planning analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical planning analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
This role will support the Americas North Trade Operations - Export Operations Team. This role will be responsible for validating export filing information and executing export (EEI) filing transaction using ONESOURCE, Client's trade management application. This role will assist with defect investigation and resolution, actioning compliance flags, and confirming filing details with freight forwarders.
Typical task breakdown:
- Tactical execution of export declarations
- Review of details for accuracy & completeness
- Execution of government filings
- Export Compliance inbox monitoring
Interaction with team:
- Primarily individual work with occasionally inter-team collaboration for problem solving/troubleshooting
Work environment:
- Office Environment
Education & Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years related experience required.
- International shipping/logistics/customs/import/export experience preferred.
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Proficient in MS Office suite including MS Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables)
(Desired)
- Familiarity with ONESORUCE Global Trade Management
- MS Access (data entry, query building)
Soft Skills
(Required)
- High attention to detail
- Strong Analytic skills
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with US Trade Regulatory Compliance

- US Export Certification
- US Import Certification
- Previous experience working with Freight Forwarders and filing agents.
