East Valley Animal Clinic is Hiring an Associate Veterinarian Near Apple Valley, MN
Come join the East Valley Animal Clinic family! We are seeking a motivated, compassionate full or part-time DVM to join our 6 DVM practice. We are an AAHA-accredited dog and cat-exclusive companion animal practice in Apple Valley Minnesota, a suburb south of the Twin Cities. Our clinic has been a part of the community since 1991, and we have a terrific and expanding clientele seeking top-notch care for their furry family members. We are a clinic that is very focused on offering individualized care for each patient. Our clients consistently comment that we provide compassionate care for their pets.

Our current team consists of 6 DVMs, 12 CVTs, one veterinary assistant, a groomer and 4 CSRs. Our veterinarians have a combined 80 years of experience! Our technicians average 10 years of experience at our clinic. We are a well-equipped veterinary clinic with DR radiology, digital dental radiology, and in-house Idexx lab equipment including CBC and chemistry analyzer. Our current services offered include wellness and preventative care, general surgery, and dentistry. We collaborate with Board certified surgeons for orthopedic and complex surgical procedures. Our staff is a close-knit team. We enjoy each other's friendship and often get together outside of work. We work to maintain a culture that supports our team, because without a motivated, engaged team, we can't care for our patients. We want our staff to have a life outside of the clinic.

We are looking for someone who is a thorough, compassionate communicator. We welcome and encourage collaboration when needed. Our doctors are always there for each other with difficult cases. We value quality time with our clients. We want you to spend time with clients providing education and developing relationships.
Anticipated Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling – Quality of Life Focused
Compensation:
- The compensation package includes a competitive starting salary of $100,000 - $125,000 with monthly production and no-negative accrual!
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
