A bit about us :
Our client is seeking an accomplished Outside Sales Representative to work at their Northeast Illinois / Southeast Wisconsin location.
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the aggregate and organics sales process including identifying, pursuing, and following up on new business as well as maintaining & establishing business relationships with key accounts.

Job Details
The ideal candidate will have :
3-5 years of outside sales experience is mandatory, preferably in road construction or landscape / sports fields construction related products or services (i.
e. aggregate, landscape materials, ready-mix concrete, asphalt, precast concrete, heavy equipment sales / service, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Able to demonstrate past success at managing the sales process and achieving sales goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to navigate geographically within the Chicagoland and SE Wisconsin area’s
- Independent problem solver who works well in a team environment
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds, sit, stand, walk for extended periods
- Ability to tolerate noise and temperature variations
