HR Coordinator | Luminis Health

Join our Human Resources team at Luminis Health as an HR Coordinator and become a vital part of maintaining and ensuring the integrity of our HRIS data. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with various stakeholders, develop your analytical skills, and contribute to the efficiency of our HR operations. You'll be at the forefront of data management and reporting, supporting both internal teams and regulatory compliance.

Essential Job Duties:

HRIS Data Management

  • Process employee status change requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate position control changes.
  • Verify required licensure/certifications for new hires and transfers, updating the Payroll/HRIS system accordingly.
  • Perform detailed data validation to ensure information integrity in the HRIS system.
  • Extract and analyze data from the HRIS system for regulatory and internal audits.

Reporting and Support

  • Support data collection for HR department dashboards.
  • Produce required federal government and healthcare regulatory reports.
  • Provide support for data feeds and interfaces with third-party vendors (e.g., People Fluent, HealthStream).
  • Oversee tracking and processing for other HR programs as assigned.
  • Provide backup coverage for Front Desk staff and support the service center initiative.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with HR professionals across all HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR Development, HRBPs, HR Directors).
  • Understand and process information quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Workforce Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Working knowledge of application systems and analyst tools.
  • 2-3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in maintaining strict confidentiality of information.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (API Healthcare, Symplr, Workday, MediTech, Kronos) preferred.
