Experiential Group is Hiring a Customer Service Trainee Near Anaheim, CA

We specializes in dynamic marketing and outreach campaigns within local communities, leveraging our partnership with the government-funded Program to provide vital communication services to qualified consumers. We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team, contributing to our mission of expanding the reach and impact of the telecommunication clients to support those in need.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Trainee:

  • Receive comprehensive training from seasoned sales and customer support professionals to understand the role's nuances and responsibilities.
  • Engage directly with potential enrollees to assess eligibility for the Federal Lifeline Program.
  • Educate enrollees about the program's features and ensure thorough understanding.
  • Assist members with enrollment and provide clear expectations.
  • Offer additional accessories that complement each enrollee's needs.
  • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships within the community.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions for reporting to the Federal Lifeline Program.

We are looking for Customer Service Trainees who are eager to progress beyond entry-level positions and assume leadership roles within our organization.
