We have a wide customer base incompasing both Skagit and Island counties, and strive to adapt to the retail needs of our local communities.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, as well as assistance to our other staff.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
**Experience:**
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is beneficial
- Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records
-Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop & Indesign experience is beneficial
