Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Director to join our team and provide a nurturing and educational environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, childhood development, behavior management, and be a licensed daycare director.

Responsibilities:

- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and caring environment for children
- Monitor and supervise children's playtime
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom
- Foster positive relationships with children and parents

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or nannying
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Ability to manage children's behavior effectively
- Experience working with children with special education needs is a plus
- Certification: MUST BE A LICENSED DAYCARE DIRECTOR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
