ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Transfer residents in/out of vehicle and accompany residents to designated appointment area in a courteous manner
• Adhere to the residents’ appointment time schedule
• Maintain a daily transportation log and submit documentation to Resident Transportation Director
• Report any vehicle deficiencies or repair needed to Resident Transportation Director (deficiencies must be corrected before transporting residents)
• Maintain open communication
• Access and maintain confidential information/records properly
• Follow established rules and regulations for vehicle operation established by Wisconsin Department of Transportation
• Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, coworkers, public
