Financial Analyst, Lead

The Opportunity:

That’s why we need you, an experienced financial analyst who can show a team how to navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our DoD's resources can make the most impact.

As a financial analyst on our team, you’ll oversee the creation of a financial management strategy to help the F-35 Joint Program Office succeed. You’ll lead financial analysts to develop an actionable plan for your clients to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.

As a financial analysis authority, you’ll leverage your expertise in laws, regulations, and policies to help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through your team’s consistent tracking and communication with Program mangers and Task Leads. This is your chance to lead Financial Analysts while acting as a financial analysis expert for both clients and your team.

You Have:

• 12 years of experience with Government Financial Management and managing appropriated funds in a Government acquisition program

• 5 years of experience working with RDT&E, Procurement and Sustainment Appropriations, or ACAT 1 Program Office

• Experience with leading or training a team of 10 financial analysts

• Experience with Air Force Accounting System (CCARs) and Navy ER

• Experience in budget analysis, strategic planning, and financial management analysis support

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
