Our busy, growing and family-oriented practice is currently looking for conscientious and upbeat LPN's and RMA's/CMA's) to join our team. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available. Let us know your available days of week and hours.

The candidate will also be someone who can build excellent rapport with co-workers and who can add value to our organization by taking initiative and problem-solving. All specialty-specific training and development will be provided with a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provides the full spectrum of nursing duties for our patients
• Greets, engages and communicates well with patients and their families
• Works closely with providers to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Performs intake, vitals and rooms patients
• Performs diagnostic procedures
• Provides patient education when indicated
• Administers therapeutic medications, immunizations and allergy injections
• Triages clinical inquiries; calls in prescriptions as ordered
• Documents and updates clinical data, care plans and orders in EMR
• Schedules referrals and off-site services and obtains pre-certs/PA's if necessary
• Provides check-in and check-out support
• Other general nursing duties as required
