Electrical Division Manager

Employment Classification: Exempt

Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000

Evergreen Contractors LLC is offering a great opportunity for a qualified and dynamic leader in the commercial electrical industry who is ready to join the leadership team of a successful, established and growing commercial electrical contractor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing a commercial electrical division or company.

Position Summary/General Description

The Electrical Division Manager’s primary function is to lead the commercial electrical division including marketing, coordination and supervision of all estimating, project management and field operations, safety, and construction execution on any assigned project(s). The division manager will work with the estimating team to acquire and manage all projects in the division. The Electrical Division Manager is responsible for the safe, timely, and profitable delivery of each project. This is a forward-facing position with the expectation of representing the company at a high level in industry and the community. The position requires strong leadership, organization, dedication, and excellent communication and client service skills. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, supportive of colleagues, looks for new challenges, and is eager to be a major part of a successful and growing company.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the commercial electrical industry
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician is required. (EE98J)
• Electrical Contractor’s License a plus. (NM EE98)
• Strong understanding of all aspects commercial electrical contracting
• Strong business acumen
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
