GIS Developer

- Assists in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, data, software, and services.
- Assists in the development of integrated solutions to asset management, compliance, and emergency management to support operational and business needs.
- Leads, plans, coordinates, and implements changes in the GIS production system.
- Functions as lead on ongoing geospatial projects.
- Interprets client business applications and develops applications and products to fulfill customer requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- 3 years of experience relating to the duties and responsibilities of this position
- Preferred education & Certificates: Bachelor's in Computer Science, GIS, Geology, Geography, or related field. GIS Professional (GISP)
- Preferred experience with Utility Network functionality, data management tools, and Safe Software FME ETL tools
