Expectations:
●Maintain trauma-informed, supportive environment for staff and youth
●Oversee safe, effective asset management for all DreamTree programming.
●Ensure provision of basic services, meals, recreation, and educational services, in an emotionally and physically safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere
Education & Experience Requirements:
●Possess the physical, emotional, and mental capacity to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of infants, toddlers, children and/or youth pursuant to these regulations.
●Possess the administrative ability to monitor and report to the Director that requirements of all applicable regulations are fulfilled.
●Associate's Degree or High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience in a human services related field OR Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a human services field of study and 1 year of relevant experience in human services related field.
Responsibilities:
●Coordinate with housing to arrange inspections of TLP apartments during transitions to ensure a welcoming environment for new residents
●Coordinate the cleaning of casitas and apartments, including supervision of contractors as needed
●Set up apartments/casitas with all necessary items from move in list
●Keep monthly Fire Drill logs updated (conduct or coordinate monthly Fire drills) for NEST and TLP; and review for Youth Shelter
●Coordinate annual fire inspections of all locations.
●Manage vehicle fleet and coordinate with facilities team for monthly inspections.
●Complete quarterly vehicle reporting.
●Complete new driver orientation and test with new employees.
●Responsible for ordering, inventory and dispersal of supplies for Facilities, Office, NEST, Street Outreach, and TLP.
●Organize off-site storage and coordinate delivery of supplies.
●Ensure off-site storage account billing is communicated to finance department.
●Assist with procurement for facilities and assets.
●Attend meetings as designated by supervisor.
●Maintain a clean driving record based on DreamTree Project insurance requirements.
●Participate in the on-call phone rotation schedule.
●Other duties as assigned.
