Night Auditor

Duties:

- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, charges, and payments.
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest account summaries.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.

Experience:

- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel accounting systems.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other front desk equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional guest relations skills.
