Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Benefits Advisor at Aflac. The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include providing exceptional customer service, conducting employee benefits training, and actively selling insurance products. This role is primarily located in Airway Heights, WA, but some remote work is also acceptable.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in employee benefits and insurance (Preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions
- Proven sales experience (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the financial service, healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
- Grit goes a long way in this position
