Customer Service Representative- Afton, MN
Hours:
M-F 7:30a-4:30p
Summary:
Prior experience in Customer Service for a Truck Transportation company required. This position is a liaison between our customers and our operations department, ensuring that the their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Tasks such as creating & gathering necessary paperwork, rating shipments & accessorial charges, phone calls, setting appointments, updating our TMS, computer work, data entry, trouble shooting, monitoring and answering emails are all part of the daily work flow for this position. The ability to multitask and a strong aptitude for basic math are required attributes.
Driver Driven Transportation is a 40 year old, growing company who is looking for the right people to grow with us. Our mission is to support our drivers so we can better serve our customers. We have a casual dress code and our office has been recently remodeled.

Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and help with a polite, positive attitude
- Dependable in attendance and effort
- Ability to efficiently use computers and phones
- Strong in multi-tasking
- Strong in basic math skills
- Attention to detail
Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000/yr bonuses
