Position Summary:
The Director, People and Culture plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding/off-boarding process, managing employee compensation, retirement and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering positive employee relations. He/she/they will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions and serving as a valuable resource for employees and management. Additionally, Act as a key driver in improving the employee experience, implementing initiatives that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Personal computer literacy required, including effective use of the Internet, e-mail, video conferencing (Zoom, Teams) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Experience with Paycom preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function.
