Position Overview : Kitchen Manager

As the cornerstone of our culinary operations, the Kitchen Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating sales growth, profitability, team development, and guest satisfaction.

This multifaceted position demands a hands-on approach to manage the restaurant’s daily operations, including inventory oversight, staff management, recruitment, training, financial management, and more.

You will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence in food preparation, production, safety, and sanitation. Tasked with conducting performance evaluations, scheduling, and spearheading the development of back-of-house (BOH) staff, your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our culinary future.

Additionally, you will manage supply orders, optimize staffing levels, and curate special event menus to accommodate large parties and high-volume occasions.
