Hillside is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Atlanta, GA

PrimaryJob Description
PURPOSE: Assist in a variety of Human Resources duties to ensure a smooth coordination of all H.R. functions. Assist the HR Manager in coordinating Orientation and Training Programs for supervisors and employees of Hillside, including compiling, maintaining and posting related reports, schedules and records. Perform all duties in a highly confidential and tactful manner.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • A .Maintain Human Resources Database and Records by entering data in HR/Payroll database. Maintain employee confidence and protect company liability by complying with Federal, State and Local legal regulations and following Hillside policies and procedures.
  • Ensure paperwork is filed in a timely manner. Perform regular/routine tasks such as employee birthday emails, monthly credentialing applications, various reports.
  • Assist with the requesting and giving telephone and written employment verification including job reference checks.
  • Assist with hiring of employees to meet ongoing manpower needs by ensuring orientation and new hire paperwork is processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure and Monitor/Screen all applications, Assist with conducting phone interviews and scheduling applicants for in-house interviews with Supervisors, ongoing.
  • Prepare monthly New Hire Binders/New Hire training materials.
  • Follow-up on orientation of new employees to ensure that all pertinent paperwork is completed on time and enter all new hire information into the HR Database (Paycom).
  • Manage and compile quarterly training documents for entire organization and complete spreadsheet to import training information into the HR database (HRO/Paycom).
  • Conduct Quarterly Audits on Active Personnel Files. Update files as needed (title changes, name changes, etc…
  • Manage the office supply inventory for the Monroe copy/mail room.
  • Provide overall office assistance to the employees/guests in the Monroe building.
  • Perform other duties as deemed by Management.
