Job Overview/SummaryWe are seeking a Veterinarian to join our team in Annandale, VA. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing compassionate care to our patients and building strong relationships with clients. All experience levels are considered, and candidates must be licensed in the state of Virginia.
ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and advanced medical and surgical procedures on cats and dogs.
Conduct thorough examinations and develop treatment plans for patients.
Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on pet health and wellness.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Participate in continuing education to stay abreast of latest developments in veterinary medicine.
Primary SkillsProficiency in diagnosing and treating medical conditions in small animals.
Strong surgical skills, including routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Secondary Skills (Good To Have)Experience with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, endoscopy, and ultrasound.
Knowledge of preventive care and wellness programs for pets.
QualificationsState Veterinary License, active and in good standing.
All experience levels considered.
Ability to work a rotational weekend schedule is preferred.
