Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Duties: - Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude - Scan and process customer purchases accurately and efficiently - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions - Maintain accurate cash drawer balances - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product levels - Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked - Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques to increase sales - Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service Requirements: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers - Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions and provide correct change - Sales experience is preferred but not required - Proficient in English (both verbal and written) - Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience in jewelry sales, technical sales, or wireless sales is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
