Job Overview:

We are seeking a Test Technician to join our team. Your role as a Test Technician will consist of administrative duties such as customer service, data entry, handling telephone calls and providing clinical drug, DNA, and alcohol testing services. This position requires a high level of customer service and an extremely positive attitude. We preform pre-employment and random drug testing for small businesses and individuals.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Handle potential customer inquiries and follow telephone script to persuade customers to schedule an appointment or come into the collection facility for testing.

-Perform certified urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, hair follicle, and DNA specimen collections.
- Perform specimen collections following proper chain of custody procedures, packaging of specimens, and shipping package with appropriate courier.

-Collect payment from clients

-Report urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle, and DNA test results to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client.

-Conduct optional outbound sales calls during the day and professionally and accurately present Fastest Labs services to prospective customers.

-Monitor and inventory testing supplies.

-Follow up on all leads for Fastest Labs service with e-mails or phone calls.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
