We are seeking an IT Support Technician II to maintain our computer systems and other technologies in a business setting. You should be resourceful to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You must be comfortable in fast-paced environment with the highest standards of excellence. As an IT Support Technician II, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to and resolving support requests received through the Helpdesk, by phone, email, and other forms of communication
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Ensuring that networked devices are up to date with the latest security patches
  • Using Azure Endpoint Manager to image new desktops and laptops
  • Maintaining MDM system as well as configuring, deploying, and updating iOS devices
  • Using Active Directory to maintain accurate user account lists and permissions
  • Assisting with tasks, including group policy administration, security permission audits, and print services configurations
  • Assisting with maintaining switches, firewalls, printers, phone system, and websites
  • Creating and helping manage MS Teams and SharePoint sites
  • Assisting with creating automations and tools to enhance current processes using MS Forms, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies
  • Assisting end users with file recovery requests and data protection including file retention policy
  • Educating end users and enforcing information technology policies and procedures to maintain a productive and safe computing environment
  • Assisting with creating and maintaining educational guides and trainings
  • Working in a team environment to help with overall program organization to ensure an efficient and effective program while supporting the agency’s goals and objectives
  • Working with external vendors and Managed Service Providers to resolve networking and security issues
  • Performing any other duties related to the organization's missions, goals, and operations

Education/ Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree or specific certification in field of expertise required
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technician, Specialist, or related profession
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and prioritize work to meet goals/deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and perform duties in a professional manner
  • Should be highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and carry out assignments to completion
  • Must possess the ability to foster and maintain positive working relationships with employees, individuals served, families, and related professionals
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, safe driving record, and access to a vehicle
