Business Manager Job Description

The Property Owners Association of Suissevale, Inc. (“Suissevale) is currently seeking to fill its Business Manager position. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is highly-motivated, has people-friendly skills, and is a self-starter. Suissevale is located in Moultonborough, NH.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Manage the Business office property and related functions

· Be the main point of contact for Suissevale members for their business interactions and inquiries

· Provide management oversight to support staff

· Provide support for the annual Board of Directors’ election, including the update and maintenance of the voter eligibility list

· Update the Suissevale website for events, etc., as needed

· Control rentals of common property and collect funds when necessary

· Provide support to the heads of the various Committees, including the maintenance of the different lists and records

· Provide all billings to the members throughout the year; monitor and track receipt of payments

· Pay invoices for all Suissevale initiated services and contracts; interact with service providers, as needed

· Maintain and record all financial transactions made for Suissevale

· Provide support for all real estate transactions, including home and lot sales

· Through Quickbooks, prepare all financial reports, including monthly and year-to-date Profit & Loss reports for the monthly Board of Directors’ meeting

· Maintain membership’s real estate data and records

· Assist in the formulation of the annual budget

· Provide support for the Board of Directors throughout the year, including the creation of materials needed for the monthly Board meetings

Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree or greater preferred

· Business experience required

· Booking / billing experience preferred; Quickbooks experience a plus

· Microsoft Office 365 experience required

· Excellent communication / interpersonal skills

· Management experience a plus

· Strong organizational skills

· Proficiency in multi-tasking

Full time, salaried position

· Hybrid position, with anchor days during the week to ensure our members have access to the business office. As an example, in-office hours will be required on Friday and Saturday, as well as other anchor days during the week.
