JOB SUMMARY:

This position works with engineers, stakeholders and designers to manage the development of technology products. It oversees the product management, strategy and roadmap of a piece of software to ensure that what gets built drives a key business outcome.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop product plan and roadmap.

• Engage and interact with clients/users via feedback sessions, focus groups.

• Analyze customer requests and work with Business Analysts to develop specifications.

• Analyze data analytics related to product adoption, experience, and KPIs.

• Work with UI/UX designers to ensure that the solution developed is useful and maximizes the likelihood of adoption.

• Coordinate prototype and pilot activities with engineering, business users and clients.

• Collaborate with systems and development staff on strategy and items being developed.

• Perform usability testing and validation.

• Assist in product marketing and strategy for driving adoption.

• Communicate and evangelize the strategy for the product.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Ability to develop strategy for ensuring that complex vision and objectives are met

• Strong experience in writing technical documents for developer use

• Knowledge of the premium finance industry and products and/or product discovery techniques

• Payment experience is a nice to have skill

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively and inspire others

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions

• Highly self-motivated and willing to tackle new challenges.

• Proficient with PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project
