Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely approvals and accurate coding for non-PO invoices, and complete PO-related invoices for the 3-way match process.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of invoices into the AP system and resolve discrepancies with business partners and vendors.
- Audit and reconcile inventory invoices, prepare reconciliations, vendor statements, and other AP reports.
- Complete month-end accruals and journal entries, ensuring internal controls.
- Analyze workflow processes and implement process improvements.
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experiencing processing AP (300 invoices per month) in a manufacturing environment
