This Payment Processing Analyst position will manage tasks and projects related to the operations in the Payment Processing Department. Performs all actions related to payment application, billing resolution, and account forensics. The areas of responsibility include payment posting, account adjustments, customer service, research requests, processing upload files to the receivable system, performs account modifications, conducts lockbox research, and completes resolution of unapplied payments for payment application. The position entails close collaboration with the leadership of the department as well as managing relationships with outside vendors. This position is a solid team player who contributes to the common goal and is committed to achieving with the team. This team member consistently demonstrates commitment to accuracy and thoroughness with superb attention to detail. Establishes a pattern of seeking out, identifying and correcting errors. Shows initiative by looking ahead at what task should be completed next through prioritization of work- load. Looks beyond the current problem to see how it may be linked with or could be affected by other issues.
